Oysterville is a piece of history that's still freely accessible. It's the real, authentic version of those recreated historical towns you have to pay a hefty entrance cost to visit. The cannery with mountains of white shells and fresh salty air, the general store, the old chapel and homes of original settlers, loop through town, drink it in and then head to the Ark Restaurant in Nahcotta for a wonderful sunset dinner.
