    Golden Gardens Park

From many times with friends to my first date with my husband, golden gardens has always been my favorite place to go for watching a sunset. The beach is so large that we've never had a problem with enjoying it, there's always room for people to walk wherever they want without disturbing other's views. And to finish off the night you can always hit the Little Coney which is a quaint hot dog and burger type of place right down the beach!

    Anacortes Waterfront Festival

It always comes at the perfect time of year when the ocean breeze creeps up and the sun beams down on you. There's many lovely little shops aside from the eclectic stands that line the street! Every year gets better and we're never disappointed. A great festival to hit up with friends, family or you're lovely companion- spouse or four-footed friend!

    Vote: Street Fair

  • Location

    Big Lake

Little known lake off the beaten path, but always worth the drive. If you're lucky to have a boat or know someone on the lake with a cabin you'll have the time of your life. Always a beautiful sunset and the serenity of being an "out of the way" destination makes for complete relaxation.
